In addition to offices, Science 14 Atrium offers companies and individuals the option of renting meeting rooms in Brussels, for meetings, assemblies, training courses, conferences and conventions, for a few hours or as long as you need.

Science 14 Atrium offers 5 meeting rooms which are named after major European cities: Rome, Maastricht, Strasbourg, Luxembourg and Frankfurt. All the meeting rooms are equipped with latest-generation technologies, are fully adaptable and can be customized to meet individual needs.
Strasbourg and Luxembourg are separated by a partition that can be removed to form a larger conference room, holding up to 70 people.

The rooms are charged on a pay per use basis, event just for one hour. Moreover, the cost of renting these rooms includes any flipcharts required, as well as small bottles of mineral water.
